All our eggs are free range. We use direct trade coffee and organic milk. All our meats are Irish and where possible sourced locally by our butchers.
We endeavour to use local Irish suppliers and source ingredients of high quality and freshness, that have been kind to nature.
We try to use organic wherever possible.
